— great instinct on the thesis, keep this voice
Coaching only works if it's structured. Every student moves through the same four-part cycle — what changes is the subject matter, the goals, and the pace.
We map current grades, study habits, and university goals honestly — no generic diagnostic, just a real conversation and a look at recent work.
Your student gets an actual hour-by-hour weekly schedule — subject blocks, practice questions, even break rules — rebuilt as often as weekly when priorities shift.
Unlimited access to your coach, not a fixed weekly slot — plus optional group sessions, subject-specific tutoring, and career conversations whenever they're useful.
Every check-in looks at real numbers — practice test scores, hours logged, habits kept — with the student and parents, and the plan is adjusted from there.
We don't publish the full daily schedule — it's rebuilt around each student — but here's the shape of it.
Each day is broken into timed subject blocks — not a vague "study more," but exactly what to work on and for how long.
Breaks are part of the plan too, with clear rules — some phone-free, some built around movement — so focus actually resets.
Practice tests are logged and scored, so progress is visible week over week, not just felt.
Sleep, exercise, nutrition, and short reflection habits are part of the plan — because burned-out students don't hit their goals either.
Most families start with one focus area and add others as priorities shift. Work with one coach the whole way through, or bring in others — including group sessions — whenever it helps.
Targeted help in the courses giving your student trouble — math, sciences, humanities — with a focus on understanding, not just the next test.
Planning, time management, and study systems for students who understand the material but lose points to disorganization.
SAT, ACT, and YKS preparation built on a diagnostic-driven plan, with practice tracked against a real target score.
Essay development, school list strategy, and timeline management — for SAT/college applications or YKS-track planning, from first steps through submission.
Optional group classes where students work alongside peers, on top of their 1:1 coaching — not a replacement for it.
Open-ended conversations about where a student wants to head — plus research and connections we help track down behind the scenes.
No per-session invoices to track. Coaching runs on a simple monthly retainer, so your student gets consistent support and you get one predictable bill.
Starting price for weekly 1:1 virtual coaching. Final scope and price are set together during your free consult, based on subjects and workload.
Billed monthly · cancel anytime · paid by direct bank transfer (Turkey) or Wise/international transfer (worldwide) — details shared after your consult.
Most students settle in with one coach, but nobody's stuck — students can work with more than one coach, or switch, whenever it makes sense.
We look at real transcripts, essays, and test scores before setting goals — never a generic template.
You'll hear what's genuinely working and what isn't, on a regular schedule, without having to chase it down.
If something comes up that's beyond coaching, students can reach our staff therapist for a one-off session — no waiting for the next scheduled call.
That's the standard we hold every plan to. If a plan isn't lowering the temperature at home — for the student and the family — we rework it until it does. Scores matter, but so does whether a student can talk about school without dreading it.
Founder & lead academic coach
I've spent the last 8 years coaching students through some of the hardest academic stretches of their lives — over 100 of them, one at a time. I've been in their seat myself: I took the YKS, and I took the SAT. I know what it takes, and I know how to help a student actually get there.
Tell us a bit about your student and we'll follow up within one business day to schedule a call — no cost, no obligation.
Pricing: plans start at $200/month, billed as a simple monthly retainer. Paid by direct bank transfer — a Turkish IBAN for domestic families, Wise or international transfer for families abroad. Details are shared directly after your consult.
